What we charge for the service, the same for every seat and every role: sourcing and screening, the offer and employment paperwork, your dedicated customer success manager on your hours, and US-based leadership of the account. A new search at no charge if a new hire leaves within 180 days.

Managed services fee

per seat per month, by setup
Charged on from our Manila affiliate at cost and billed in US dollars at the rate on the invoice. Pays for the device, managed security, the 24x7 IT helpdesk, HR and payroll support, and for office setups the desk, the building and redundant fiber.

The salary you approve in writing before the offer, 13th month pay, statutory benefits and health insurance, passed through with the monthly payroll report so you can check every line.
Choose the setup per person.
The managed services fee follows where each person works, so you pay for the office a person actually uses. One team can mix all three.

PHP 28,000 a month (about $560)
In our Manila offices full time. Dual monitors, a managed device, on-site security and the building around them.
Flexi
PHP 18,000 a month (about $360)
In our offices fewer than 12 days a month. Hybrid working, with a desk ready when the person comes in.
Home
PHP 8,000 a month (about $160)
Working from home with a managed device, UPS and the same HR, payroll and IT support as the office.

Enterprise teams
A transferred team of twelve
Ten in the office, two at home. Administration fee 12 x $660 = $7,920. Managed services fee 10 x PHP 28,000 + 2 x PHP 8,000 = PHP 296,000 (about $5,920). Employment costs: the twelve salaries and benefits you already pay, at cost. No onboarding fee, because the team transfers.

Onboarding and recruitment
A one-off fee of PHP 20,000 (about $400) per new hire. None for staff or contractors you transfer to us, and none for referrals.
New search inside 180 days
If a new hire resigns or is let go within 180 days, we run a new search at no charge.
No fee before you say yes
You see the candidate and approve the salary before anything is billed. A security deposit of one month's estimated fees is due before the start date.
30 days to reduce
Reduce seats on 30 days' written notice, in whole or in part. Headcount is set at the start of each billable month.
No fixed term
The agreement runs until either side ends it.
Volume pricing
Available for larger teams and quoted against your actual headcount, with no term commitment attached.
Pricing questions
How much does a virtual assistant cost?
Three lines: our administration fee of $660 a month, a managed services fee of about $160 to $560 a month depending on the setup, and the salary you approve, passed through at cost.
Why are the fees on separate lines?
So you can see what each dollar pays for. A single blended rate hides how much goes to the person, how much to the workplace and how much to us. Ours does not.
Is the salary marked up?
No. Employment costs pass through at cost with the monthly payroll report. Our fee is line 1, and only line 1.
Why is the managed services fee in pesos?
It is charged on at cost from our Manila affiliate, where the costs are incurred. You are billed in US dollars at the rate shown on the invoice.
Can we change setups or reduce seats later?
Yes. The setup is chosen per person, and seats can be reduced on 30 days' written notice, in whole or in part. There is no fixed term.
