Growing businesses
Add the support roles that keep you running.
Virtual assistant services for a growing business, done properly. A dedicated professional for bookkeeping, executive assistance, operations, customer support or marketing, working your hours and managed by you. We carry recruitment, HR, payroll and compliance through our employer of record, and help you plan the next hire when you are ready. Pricing on three lines you see before you commit.
Start with the role that frees up the most of your week.
Most clients start with one person in the role that costs them the most time. When you are ready for the next hire, we help you decide which role it is and how the team fits together. Each person works full time, only for you, in the tools you already run.
Bookkeeping and accounting
Reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, month-end close, payroll prep and reporting. People who already work in QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite and the apps around them.
Executive assistance
Calendar, inbox, travel, meeting prep and follow-up, expense reports and the admin that eats a founder's week. Comfortable in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and your CRM.
Operations and admin
Order processing, vendor coordination, data entry and cleanup, document control, scheduling and reporting across whatever systems your operation runs on.
Customer support
Phone, email and chat on your hours, order and account queries, returns and escalations, in your helpdesk and phone system. Fluent, professional English on every contact.
Marketing
Content scheduling, email campaigns, CRM hygiene, basic design, reporting and the day-to-day running of the channels you have already chosen.

How we find the person.
You see who we would place before anything is signed. These are the steps between your call and their first day.
01
The role profile
We write the profile with you: the work, the hours, the tools, the standard. You approve it before we search.
02
Sourcing and screening
Candidates are screened for the role, for English fluency, for familiarity with US business process, and for the tools your role uses. References are checked.
03
You meet them
You interview and choose. You approve the salary in writing before the offer goes out. No fee until you have said yes to a person.
04
Day one
Offer letter, employment contract, induction into our HR, payroll and IT, a managed device, and your software installed. If the hire leaves within 180 days, we run a new search at no charge.
What moves to us. What stays with you.

What clients say
“I have been using ShiftSix for about 3 years now. Initially, I was apprehensive about having remote employees, but the model works. Our office is able to be so much more productive, the employees care about the mission, and are genuinely a joy to interact with. The company is extremely responsive any time there have been issues. I would recommend giving them a try if you have been on the fence.”
Jeremy Collier
Collier Law
“Their team took care of the entire recruiting and hiring process. I highly recommend ShiftSixOS for your administrative needs. You will not be disappointed.”
Jonathan Nobles
The Law Office of Jonathan D. Nobles, Raleigh, NC
“She was the first team member I brought on as the firm started growing, and what began as additional support quickly turned into someone I lean on every single day. She is thoughtful, dependable, and always willing to step in wherever help is needed. I marvel at how connected she feels to our office despite living halfway across the world. The communication, trust, and teamwork feel no different than if she were sitting right down the hall. As McCormack Law has grown, she has played an enormous role in creating the culture we have today.”

Questions growing businesses ask first
How much does a virtual assistant cost?
Three lines: our administration fee of $660 a month, a managed services fee of about $160 to $560 a month depending on whether the person works from home, flexibly or in our office, and the salary you approve passed through at cost. The pricing page shows every setup.
How do I pay a virtual assistant in the Philippines?
You do not. You pay one ShiftSixOS invoice in US dollars each month, and we pay the person's salary and benefits through our employer of record. The payroll report comes with the invoice.
What hours will they work?
Yours. The role profile sets the schedule, and the person is hired for it. Your customer success manager works the same hours.
Is it one person, or a shared team?
Dedicated. Each person works full time, only for you. They learn your process and stay.
What if it does not work out?
If a new hire resigns or is let go within 180 days, we run a new search at no charge. If you need to close the seat, give 30 days' written notice. There is no fixed term.
Who manages them day to day?
You do. You set priorities, direct the work and review output, as you would with anyone on your team. We handle employment, payroll, leave, equipment and IT, with a dedicated customer success manager as your single point of contact and US-based leadership accountable for the account.
Where does the person sit?
You choose per person: our office at Mega Tower in Manila, a flexi arrangement, or home with a managed device. The managed services fee follows the choice.
