Our story
Why we built ShiftSixOS.
ShiftSixOS began with a plain observation. Growing companies and small and midsize law firms were doing exceptional work with a fraction of the support larger organizations take for granted. The talent existed. What was missing was a way to add skilled people without the cost and overhead of building a team from scratch.
So the founders built a model around one idea: give a growing business the same caliber of support as the largest players, at a cost that fits how it actually operates. We recruit rigorously vetted professionals in the Philippines and carry everything behind the hire: recruitment, HR, payroll and compliance through our employer of record, the workplace, and a dedicated customer success manager. You manage the work day to day, the way you would any member of your team.

He understands the pressures of running a firm from the inside, and his focus on solving problems before they arise shapes how ShiftSixOS supports its clients. Jan is based in Melbourne, Australia.
Chris Stock
Co-Founder
Chris is a senior legal software executive who has served as CEO, chairman and board member across multiple companies and nonprofits. That boardroom perspective, and years of work on the tools firms rely on every day, shaped a compliance-first staffing model. Chris is based in New York.
Dwayne Marinucci
Co-Founder
Dwayne is a director and general manager within one of Australia's leading legal groups, which he helped build alongside his fellow co-founder. He brings the same operational discipline to how ShiftSixOS runs and scales: turning plans into working systems. Dwayne is based in Melbourne, Australia.

Steve is the founder and chief executive of the operation that provides the employer-of-record foundation behind the model, built around quality, compliance, security and genuine value for employees.
